Customs recorded a sharp drop in exports and imports

The value of exports in July fell by almost 14 percent (13.8) compared to a year ago, according to the Customs. Exports of iron, steel, cellulose and refined products declined the most.

According to the Customs, the export volumes of paper and cardboard also fell sharply. At the same time, Finland began to export more paper machine tools, tractors, medical supplies and pharmaceuticals, and gold.

Imports also fell sharply by 13 percent.
