In which country do we spend the most time at the table?

Each week, “20 Minutes” highlights an infographic created by its partner Statista

“You resume a little cheese before starting the dessert? “If France is the country of gastronomy, its inhabitants give it back: they are enthroned in the ranking of the territories in which we spend the most time at the table. According to figures from the OECD compiled in this infographic from our partner Statista, 2:13 are used on average in France for daily meals. That’s 40 minutes more than the average for OECD countries.

Nearby, we find the Italians (2:07 on average) and the Spaniards (2:06), who also like to take their time . Asian Nations (South Korea, Japan, China) are average. Conversely, Canada and the United States are the kings of fast food.
