It will be hot again this weekend

Hot weather will gradually spread over the vast territory of Finland by the coming weekend. No rain is expected.

In the coming days, however, the temperature will be just below 20 degrees. Precipitation will fall out only in places. By Sunday, the hot front will cover areas up to the central regions.

Even in Lapland on weekends, the temperature will rise above 20 degrees, although the column will not reach the heat mark (25 degrees).

– I do not think that we will have a long period of heat. We are talking about several sultry days, says the meteorologist Yle, Seja Paasonen .

The night from Tuesday to Wednesday was abnormally low – in some places the temperature dropped to almost zero degrees.
