Mobile homes are in record demand

Sales of various mobile homes have increased this year by tens of percent.

At the same time, the moment is approaching when there will be more motorhomes on the roads of Finland than caravans. At the moment, sales of motorhomes are almost double the sales of trailers.

Caravans are preferred by buyers because they are more mobile and faster than trailed caravans. In addition, a Category B driver’s license is usually sufficient to drive them.

– Motorhomes are considered to be an easier transport, and many different models have appeared on the market in recent years. There are small ones, and there are roomy ones with different interior options. When the choice is large, the demand in general grows, – says the head of the Karavaanarit Timo Piilonen .
