Nurses are increasingly considering a career change

The COVID-19 epidemic is increasingly forcing nurses to consider quitting or changing jobs. Half of the nurses surveyed said they were thinking about changing their profession during the coronavirus crisis.

This became known from a survey conducted by the Nursing Union, in which about 2300 people took part in early autumn.

About a third of the respondents had previously thought about changing their activities, however, the situation that has developed over the past six months has strengthened the nurses in their thoughts about changing jobs.

40% of those surveyed said they feel tired or extremely tired after the spring-summer season. Another 40% said they feel tired from time to time.
