Restrictions on mass gatherings will be loosened throughout the Uusimaa region from tomorrow
From tomorrow, restrictions on mass gatherings will be relaxed in Helsinki and Uusimaa.
This decision was made today by the Regional Administration of Southern Finland.
In particular, the requirement to maintain a safe distance of two meters is canceled, and a fifty percent load is allowed at indoor events. In addition, the audience will no longer need to be divided into groups of 25 people.
These decisions will remain in effect until the end of September.
At the legislative level, the safe distance requirement is likely to be lifted next week. The issue is currently being worked out by the government.
Musicians and actors, in particular, organizers of concerts and sporting events have insisted on abolishing this trend.
