Spain’s best signature sandwich is made in Sabadell

This summer Fine Pastrami sandwich won the Best Signature Appetizer award at the Madrid Fusión 2021 Gastronomy Festival. The ingredients of the best sandwich are smoked tuna, artisan mustard, champignons, zucchini , bok choy, white asparagus, smoked butter, teriyaki sauce, Cheddar cheese time.

“It takes six hours to smoke tuna, while mustard takes a month and a half to cook because it is naturally fermented,” explains the chef. The cost of this simple but delicious masterpiece is 10 euros. The establishment, located in Sabadell, is now collecting orders from the many wishing to try the winning sandwich.
