The weekend will be hot all over the country – by Monday, even Lapland is expected to be 30 degrees

The first weekend of July promises hot weather throughout the country, it follows from the forecast of the Meteorological Institute.
According to the meteorologist on duty, on Saturday in most of the country, the temperature will rise above 25 degrees. In some places the mercury column will reach the 30-degree mark.
Hot weather will continue on Sunday. By Monday, even in Lapland, the air will warm up to 30 degrees.
The July temperature record was recorded in 2010, when 37.2 degrees were measured in Liperi, North Karelia.
However, according to the meteorologist, this weekend such a high temperature is not expected.
The rains will not come to Finland until the middle of next week.
