Universities strive to provide contact education for at least first and second year students

According to the news agency STT, universities in Finland strive to ensure that first and second year students have access to contact learning and, whenever possible, study together with teachers.
Also, training in some disciplines involves mandatory contact training, so that students learn how to handle tools, devices, etc.
At the same time, universities will conduct mass lectures in whole or in part remotely.
The Council of Rectors of Finnish Unifi Universities will meet next Wednesday to hear THL’s predictions for this fall.
